  Online ordering here leaves a lot to be desired. They are unresponsive to requests for order status and eventually after a complaint to Paypal the item was "reversed' by the seller (what ever that means) then shipped only to be cancelled a few hours later on the same day by the seller. I ordered the item and paid on the 9 Sep 16. 14Sep16 I received an email advising the order was being processed. I emailed them 20Sep16 in reply to their confirmation email (as I was directed to do) inquiring about the order status. I also emailed them the same day through Paypal simply asking for my order status. On the 22Sep16 after no response I upgraded my contact attempts with a claim of non delivery through Paypal. I did not ask for a refund. 27Sep16 my order initially showed as being processed in the morning then shipped in the afternoon but a few hours later my order was refunded. After 18 days of trying to get answers the only good part of this experience was I may get a refund I didn't ask for as I would have much preferred the item had been shipped as promised. I will believe there is a refund when I see it but at least the purchase is through Paypal so I know it will come from Paypal if no one else.
